Information we collect
AgencyConnect collects the account details needed to create and manage your client portal, including your name, email address, organization, and workspace membership.
When you connect third-party platforms, we store authorization metadata and access tokens needed to complete the connection flow. We do not ask for or store your platform passwords.
How we use information
We use your information to authenticate you, route you to the correct agency workspace, display onboarding steps, and grant your agency the platform access you approve.
We may use aggregated operational data to maintain security, diagnose errors, improve reliability, and prevent abuse.
Third-party platforms
When you authorize Meta, TikTok, YouTube, GoHighLevel, or another integration, that platform controls the permission prompt and may process your data according to its own terms.
You can revoke connected platform access from the source platform or by contacting your agency for help.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect portal data in transit and at rest.
No online system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we limit access to systems and personnel with a legitimate operational need.
