AgencyConnect is a client portal that helps you grant your agency access to approved third-party platforms without sharing passwords.

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to connect each platform account and approve each requested scope.

Platform permissions

Connected platforms may allow your agency to view, manage, or report on assets depending on the permissions you approve during the authorization flow.

You can revoke platform permissions through the relevant third-party platform at any time.

Account responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.

If you believe your portal account or a connected platform has been accessed without authorization, contact your agency promptly.

Availability

We aim to keep AgencyConnect reliable and available, but the portal may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages, network issues, or events outside our control.
